1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed by the deadline specified.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and the type of package purchased.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after visa issuance or within a restricted period before departure.
• If a visa application is denied due to official reasons, a partial or full refund may be offered, depending on incurred costs.

3. Travel Documents and Visa

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and any required travel documents.
• The company assists with visa applications but is not responsible for any rejections, delays, or changes in visa policies by the authorities.

4. Health and Safety

• Travelers must comply with health regulations and are responsible for any vaccinations or health certificates required.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to perform Umrah.

5. Itinerary and Services

• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or transport arrangements due to operational or safety reasons.
• Any changes will be communicated as early as possible and suitable alternatives will be arranged.

6. Liability

• The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines and transportation services and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations and personal belongings.

7. Conduct and Behavior

• All pilgrims are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs in Saudi Arabia.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the group at the traveler’s expense, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including text, images, logos and software, is the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or arbitration.
